Are You Ready to Quit Smoking?

If you are like most adults who smoke, you know that smoking is harmful for
your health. You have also probably thought about quitting, or you might have
tried to stop many times. There is no easy way to quit. Smoking is a powerful
addiction. But you can beat it.
One of the first things is to think about why you smoke and why you want to
quit. Ask yourself these questions:
