About Clinical Diabetes
The mission of Clinical Diabetes is to provide primary care providers and all clinicians involved in the care of people with diabetes with information on advances and state-of-the-art care for people with diabetes. Clinical Diabetes is also a forum for discussing diabetes-related problems in practice, medical-legal issues, case studies, digests of recent research, and patient education materials.

How can I submit a paper to the journal?
Please read the complete instructions for authors before submitting your manuscript to Clinical Diabetes. Manuscripts may be submitted via http://mc.manuscriptcentral.com:80/clinical-diabetes.
Your manuscript should be submitted under the user account of the designated corresponding author (the contact person listed on the title page of the manuscript). If the corresponding author does not have a user account, please follow the instructions on the submission site. Please allow 24-48 hours for a user account to be created.
How can I get permission to use copyrighted material from the journal?
Please click on "Get Permissions" to the right of the online version of an article. All permission requests, with the exception
of translations, are processed through Copyright Clearance Center and most are completed within 5 to 10 business days. For permission to translate, please send an e-mail containing the volume,
issue, and page range of the article, the language, and the quantity to permissions{at}diabetes.org.
